Welcome to www.oliviasunart.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as any purchases or commissions you make (together, the “Services”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

This website is operated by Olivia Sun Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”), owned by Olivia Suni and developed and managed by AT-Media Graphics (Representative: Taavi Tuominen). Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Olivia Sun Art. Olivia Sun Art offers this Site—including all information, tools, and Services—conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Our online store is hosted on Woocommerce WordPress, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell artwork and commissions to you.

    • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

    • You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

    • You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

    • A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

  • Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that arose before termination.

SECTION 18 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

  1. Ownership: All artwork, text, images, and Site content are the exclusive property of Olivia Sun Art.

  2. License to You: Purchasing an original painting grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal display only.

  3. Promotional Use: We retain the right to reproduce images of sold artworks for marketing, on our Site, social media, and in future projects.

  4. Full Copyright Transfer: To acquire full copyright—including reproduction and commercial rights—contact us at studio@oliviasunart.com to negotiate a separate assignment agreement.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
